Drums. Jolene is the second release in our Boutique Drums series. Where Ruby was heavy, Jolene is all about atmosphere, which is perfect for indie, alternative, country and pop.

As usual, we included a selection of ready-to-use mix presets for a variety of musical contexts, from the soft, intimate "Sunshine" to the solid, lovely "Lola".

We included five different hi-hat states and an 8-note live groove that automatically adapts to the tempo of your DAW: Closed, Normal, Slightly Open, Half Open and Fully Open; the grooves were recorded at 90/120/140 beats per minute.

Crossfading a hi-hat groove with a release trigger? It's easy. When the Mod Wheel is lowered, the Loop will play with the hi-hat closed. When you lift the Mod Wheel, the hi-hat opens. It's amazing!
